The real, shared pain your audience feels every day — named precisely, not generically.

Lived Stake

Your authentic proximity to that pain. Did you experience it, or did you observe it from a distance?

Distinctive Qualification

The structural insight or unique capability that makes you a credible solver — not a list of credentials.

Real Aspiration

A specific, accessible future state your audience can step toward today — not a vision statement.

Most companies score well on Qualification and poorly on Aspiration. They can explain why they’re good. They struggle to show why it matters to the person reading.
